Since your application papers showed that you possess the desired skills for the job, the interview will also focus on your personality, working style and communication skills. The interview is meant to inform the employer about whether or not you can meet the criteria for the position and fit into the team and company culture.<br \/>\nTherefore, a job interview is not only about WHAT you say but also about HOW you say it &#8211; i.e. how you behave and communicate during the interview: Are you able to listen and answer appropriately to the interviewer&#8217;s questions? Can you radiate self-confidence and openness? How do you deal with unexpected questions?
