Leading a research group means dealing with different persons and different expectations on a daily basis. This bears the potential for conflicts, misunderstandings and discouragement. This workshop will help participants to develop their own understanding of their leadership roles and to be better able to understand and constructively use the motivation of their team members. As a result, participants should feel more confident in their role as a group leader and increase job satisfaction both for themselves and their group members. The result for all group members will be higher joint output of better quality.<\/p>\n
