Promoting the career development of young female scientists and scholars and preparing them to play a leading international role in research and academia \u2013 these are the objectives of the qualification programme for postdocs at the G\u00f6ttingen Campus. The one-year intensive programme provides a small group of up to 12 female scientists and scholars with training and coaching in key academic skills<\/strong> as well as practical career-relevant knowledge<\/strong> relating to international science management, research funding and networking.<\/p>\n

The programme enhances career development in a flexible and individual manner: It combines a wide range of methods (individual and group coaching, workshops and training) as well as information and intercommunication options with instructors from in and outside G\u00f6ttingen University. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The programme is open for Dorothea Schl\u00f6zer postdocs, all female scientists and scholars working on their Habilitation<\/em>, as well as female postdocs, junior research group leaders and junior professors at G\u00f6ttingen University and the G\u00f6ttingen Campus.<\/p>\n

The programme will start on 7 & 8 of March 2016 <\/strong>with an obligatory kick off workshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Applications are to be submitted by 3rd<\/sup> of February 2016. <\/strong><\/p>\n
