The one-year intensive programme provides a small group of up to 12 female scientists and scholars with training and coaching in key academic skills as well as practical career-relevant knowledge relating to international science management, research funding and networking.<\/p>\n<p>The programme enhances career development in a flexible and individual manner: It combines a wide range of methods (individual and group coaching, workshops and training) as well as information and intercommunication options with instructors from in and outside G\u00f6ttingen University. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The programme is open for Dorothea Schl\u00f6zer postdocs, all female scientists and scholars working on their <em>Habilitation<\/em>, as well as female postdocs, junior <span style=\"color: #000000;\">research<\/span> group leaders and junior professors at G\u00f6ttingen University and the G\u00f6ttingen Campus.<\/p>\n<p>The programme will start on <strong>7th\/8th of March 2016<\/strong> <strong>with an obligatory kick-off workshop<\/strong>.
