November 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to invite you to join a workshop for international and German students, PhDs and Postdocs organized by the <strong>Career Service<\/strong> of G\u00f6ttingen University and conducted by <strong>interpool personal GmbH,<\/strong> an HR consultancy from Berlin, specializing in recruiting, aptitude testing, intercultural assessment and interviewing candidates in a context of globalization, innovation, and diversity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date: Thursday, 24 November 2016<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Time:<\/strong> 15 -19h<br \/>\n<strong>Place:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.geodata.uni-goettingen.de\/lageplan\/?ident=4485_1_EG_0.120\" target=\"_blank\">Waldweg 26 (Hochhaus), lecture hall 0.120<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Registration: via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uni-goettingen.de\/de\/491253.html\" target=\"_blank\">online registration form <\/a>until 23 November 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Content:<\/strong><br \/>\nA practical seminar, which aims at supporting candidates in recruitment processes in an international environment inside as well as outside of your home country.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Which selection processes are used by companies and how can you prepare for it?<\/li>\n<li>How do you succeed in an Assessment Center or job interview?<\/li>\n<li>How to deal with cultural diversity experienced in an assessment situation?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"text\">This workshop provides you with a general overview of different selection processes and helps you to understand the background of these methods.
