From 2000 to 2003, she was a Research Associate at the neurobiology laboratory at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in G\u00f6ttingen, working on neurotransmitter release.<\/p>\n<p>From 2006 to 2010 she was part time lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in L\u00fcbeck. During her scientific career, she co-authored more than 10\u00a0peer-reviewed publications and was involved in several grant applications.
