You are <strong>looking for a job<\/strong> or you have <strong>just come back from your research stay abroad<\/strong>? You <strong>follow your spouse<\/strong> who has just found a job in one of the three countries?<\/p>\n<p>Be part of the <strong>third cross-border Postdoctoriales<\/strong> that are organized from <strong>6 to 9 November 2017<\/strong> by the Franco-German University, ABG, the Luxemburg National Research Funds (FNR), the Luxemburg Institute of Health (LIH), the Luxemburg Institute for Socio-Economic Research (LISER), the Luxemburg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and the University of Luxemburg.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop is the perfect opportunity to take some <strong>time to think about your professional identity<\/strong>, your <strong>wishes<\/strong>, to understand the <strong>recruitment process<\/strong> and <strong>recruiters\u2019 expectations<\/strong> in different countries, to discover <strong>new career paths<\/strong> and <strong>develop your network<\/strong> by meeting professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Goals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>discover new career paths outside of public research<\/li>\n<li>have a better overview of the job market in all three countries<\/li>\n<li>achieve a better understanding of HR policies for researchers<\/li>\n<li>develop and maintain a professional network<\/li>\n<li>better communicate on professional profile, background and skills, considering differences between cultures and countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/ggnb-blog.uni-goettingen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Registration-form.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CLICK HERE<\/a><\/span><\/span> to download the registration form.
