While the workshop will introduce participants to various tools it will focus on <strong>simple pragmatic approaches<\/strong> that can be implemented without having to buy and\/or learn a software do not require a long set up time and can be adjusted easily. As part of the course participants will immediately start to apply the newly learned principles to a project of their choice and collect feedback from the group.<\/p>\n<p>During the workshop participants will understand what a project is, what project management is about, how to select the appropriate project management approach and how to plan, track and execute a project using these approaches, while accounting for the high level of uncertainty that is inherent to research projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to project management.
