After graduating from the National Taiwan University College of Life Sciences, she earned her Master&#8217;s and PhD degree in the lab of Prof. Marina Rodnina at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following a bridging Postdoc, Cathie moved to Berlin to join the rapidly growing biopharma strategy consulting firm Scitaris, where she leverages her analytical and communication skills to provide science-based strategy for clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Cathie will talk about the wide range of consulting projects in the field pharmaceutical R&amp;D, where they intersect with the skills learned during a PhD project, and share her experience of life as a consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Date:<\/strong> 24 September 2021<\/li><li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 14:00-15:30 (appr.) <\/li><li><strong>Location<\/strong>: online via zoom <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the sessions: <\/strong>Our  Career Impulse Sessions offer a platform for interactive and informal  exchange about career-related topics for PhD students and postdocs in  the Life and Natural Sciences.
