In 2017, he began his publishing career as an Associate Editor at Nature Communications, where he was responsible for the imaging and bioengineering areas. During his time at Springer Nature, he also worked occasionally as a freelance editor and writer for Nature and Nature Methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a short stint as Editorial Team Lead at a medical education agency, he joined Cell Press as Deputy Editor. In 2022, Alfredo moved into a more strategic role at Elsevier, leading the Life Sciences team within the Content Acquisition department. He is currently an Executive Publisher at Elsevier, managing a portfolio of ten medical journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the sessions:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Career Impulse Sessions offer a platform for interactive and informal exchange about career-related topics for PhD students and postdocs in the Life and Natural Sciences.
