As <a title=\"Mentoring: Its importance and how to effectively make use of it\" href=\"https:\/\/ggnb-blog.uni-goettingen.de\/?p=451\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">I wrote recently<\/span><\/a>, mentoring is an effective instrument if you have already a career goal in mind.<\/p>\n<p>The one-year program will start in January 2014.
