Assessing your skills, interests and values is an important basis for many career decision, might it by changing your career path or improving your competitiveness in a current career path. An instrument for individual self-assessment, I already introduced on the blog, the <a title=\"Online Self-Assessment and Career Planning\" href=\"https:\/\/ggnb-blog.uni-goettingen.de\/?p=29\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>MyIDP<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. However, performing self-assessment and making conclusions based on it is more fun \u2013 and from my perspective also more effective \u2013 with support from experienced trainers and peers.
