Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme (short-term) in Japan

The purpose of this programme is to provide opportunities to young pre- and postdoctoral researchers from the US, Canada and Europe to conduct, under the guidance of their hosts, cooperative research with leading research groups in Japanese universities and other institutions:

There are three ways to apply for a fellowship in Japan:

  1. DAAD: JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme (short-term)
  • For PhDs and Postdocs
  • Duration: up to 6 months
  • start of stipend between October an December 2017
  • deadline for applications: 30 April 2017
