We would like to invite you to join a workshop for international and German students, PhDs and Postdocs organized by the Career Service of Göttingen University and conducted by interpool personal GmbH, an HR consultancy from Berlin, specializing in recruiting, aptitude testing, intercultural assessment and interviewing candidates in a context of globalization, innovation, and diversity.
A practical seminar, which aims at supporting candidates in recruitment processes in an international environment inside as well as outside of your home country.
- Which selection processes are used by companies and how can you prepare for it?
- How do you succeed in an Assessment Center or job interview?
- How to deal with cultural diversity experienced in an assessment situation?
This workshop provides you with a general overview of different selection processes and helps you to understand the background of these methods. By practicing a live interview simulation and a part of an Assessment Center with volunteers you will receive a direct insight into different recruitment elements.
Furthermore with practical examples we aim to provide you with a better understanding of cultural differences and similarities in selection processes.
