Bayer regularly organizes workshops for PhDs and Postdocs as entry opportunity for potential employees to a career in a specific research field at Bayer.
On 23-25 March 2017 there will be a workshop for scientist in the field of cardiovascular research.
The workshop “Cardiovascular Research @ Bayer” presents an excellent occasion for natural scientists (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics) as well as pharmacists and physicians to cover aspects as diverse as:

identifying and characterizing novel treatment options for patients with cardiovascular diseases (including the indications heart failure, arrhythmia, thrombosis, inflammatory and fibrotic lung diseases, acute organ dysfunction, and/or kidney diseases)

working in research laboratories and planning, executing and evaluating preclinical pharmacology studies in the field of cardiovascular diseases research

participating in interdisciplinary teams and projects from target identification, target validation to optimization of substances and preclinical studies
