We are happy to invite you to our next Career Impulse Session titled “How leaving your (scientific) comfort zone is a great way to start your career” with Dr. Lena Musiol from Miltenyi Biotec GmbH.

Lena Musiol is an alumna of the IMPRS Molecular Biology and did her PhD in the lab of Blanche Schwappach. After finishing her PhD end of 2016, she joined Miltenyi Biotec GmbH in October 2017. As a Product Specialist for the MACSQuant Flow Cytometer Product Family she works in a team that supports both customers and colleagues regarding applications, technical questions as well as questions about the product portfolio. Another part of her position is giving trainings for customers and colleagues.

About the sessions: Our Career Impulse Sessions offer a platform for interactive and informal exchange about career-related topics for PhD students and Postdocs in the Life and Natural Sciences. By inviting PhD holders with different career paths, we would like to illustrate the broad range of potential careers for PhD students and postdocs and give inspiration for career choices. The sessions also offer a platform to exchange experiences among each other.
